WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY JEWELLERY TO ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days in letterbox size boxes. All orders are sent First Class, signed for delivery. (personalised items will take a few days longer)
If you wish to upgrade your postage to next working day delivery option you can do this at checkout for a cost of £6.95.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Credit and Debit Cards and also Paypal.
HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?
To find out your ring size you can order a ring sizer from me or you can measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own, in mm, and message me with the measurement.
HOW DOES PERSONALISING WORK?
I do offer some personalised initial jewellery, this does take a few days longer as they are normally made to order. You will be able to leave your initial when you order.
IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?
Our packaging is free of plastic and is sent in a letterbox friendly recycled box with recycled tissue paper. The Silver Bleujenn is paperless and your receipt is emailed to you. Our jewellery boxes and bags are eco-friendly.
CAN I SEND GIFTS DIRECT TO A RECIPIENT?
Yes you send send your gift directly to your recipient, you can include a note to the recipient as you check out and add their delivery address instead of your own. All jewellery is sent in a nature inspired gift box, as can be seen in the listing photos. No paper receipt will be sent.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?
Your jewellery will arrive gift wrapped in beautiful eco-friendly packaging.
CAN I RETURN MY JEWELLERY?
If your jewellery is not quite right for you, please return it within 30 days, buyer pays for postage. Regrettably returns cannot be accepted on personalised jewellery.
